Dojo Affiliation

In the late 1960's, Dinunno Sensei founded the Uniontown Karate Club as a JKA dojo.  Later, the dojo had membership in the ISKF at its formation.   In the early 1980's, Dinunno Sensei retired from public teaching and devoted his time to private instruction of his most senior students.  He ceased formal association with the JKA / ISKF at that time. 

   In 2008, the USDF (a national martial arts organization based in Cleveland, Ohio) was formed, and Dinunno Sensei was recognized as Judan of Shotokan Karate.  Dinunno Sensei holds title with the USDF as Chief Instructor of Shotokan Karate.  His senior instructor Randal Fields (Rokudan) Assistant instructors and students are currently recognized and ranked through the USDF.
